The Guild Exterminator won and will take the EW Category prize!

I'm leaving this thread unlocked, feel free to guess who painted the entries.

Those are the Silfor grass tufts I use but they aren't mine. I really like the guy deploying down a rope. Great models.

That was the particular detail that got my vote in this category. I must buy some of those Silfor grass tufts. I've been eyeing that site for months now.

I'm not sure of the relative quality (or price), but GW sells something very similar now in two colors. Saw it last time I went to my local store. Pretty nice.

Edit - I think this is the stuff?

That's who I used. They had a sale a year or so back. You get a lot more in those packs then you do from GW. Plus there's a lot of different size options.

I'm pretty sure this is what I used on my Marines:
http://www.antenocitisworkshop.com/737- ... utumn.html

And this on my Elves:
http://www.antenocitisworkshop.com/737- ... utumn.html

It's two tone and has grass of various lengths in it.

I am the guy behind the Air Cav ;) I think 40x20mm MDF bases are awesome as bases because you can deploy some scenery here and there. There are more pictures on my blog, but it is in German, so most of you will propably only able to look at the pictures ;)

I will snip some details here, I was sadly unable to snip them in (very baaaaad at photoshop)
