What miniatures are avaliable to fill the role of Tech Priest and Servotors in an IG army?

I have been working on some Skitarii also.

DRM Industrial Infantry is the best commercial option.

Exodus Wars Khazari War Droids are nice, I cut away the tops and sides guns and glued other torsos on.

The GW Space Marine character pack actually has a servitor, just one >:( and the tech marine looks more like the new tech priest.

Don't forget about the robot and power armor packs from cinc, I haven't purchased any but they are tempting:

Yes, the CinC robots look good ... I may to use them as Genestealer Hybrids ...
