Isn't this the same Matt who won the 2011 Adepticon Epic Armageddon Challenge WITH the Necrons? Definitely the bad rolls in this game is what did him in by the looks of it.
Yes, it's me! This is the same army I brought to Adepticon and NEAT this year. Poor rolling is not a good thing when you're playing someone with Dave's extensive Epic experience!
I like the Nightbringer, at this point in the game it was looking bad so I just dropped him for some fun but usually I'll drop him on the Blitz 3rd turn or drop him right between a couple formations to foce my opponent to move. There's nothing better than dropping him next to a high value target and winning the initiative too!
As soon as I get a chance to try and build the Warbaroque and my new excellent Zombie Hover Platforms I've got about 4 alternate army lists to try.
