basically a community driven effort, build the house out of preset blocks in sketchup.
click the mouse and the entire design is broken down into parts to be cut from 18mm plywood.

run it through a CNC router, buy a big bag of bolts and get a few friends round.

voila - one bungalow structual framework. finish as desired.
