Love the work so far mate, I have always looked for variety in my buildings. Could you do some bevelling on the corners to give them more chracter? Maybe even add some detail on the bevel or add a gargoyle or something to them. Just ome thoughts to aid your thought process.
I did have a bevel on the pillars, looking like there were stacked blocks, and it looked pretty good. The problem is, on a one-sided cast, one exposed side of the pillar winds up being blank. I'm still playing around with how to fix that problem. I do agree - the pillars look like they need some detail.

Really cool idea here!
My only input would be to suggest 3 lengths for each such wall type:-
- Short for towers, porches etc
- Medium for end walls etc
- Long for side walls.
Made in proportions of 1:2:3 this would be truely modular. The only other thought is that if you adopt this approach, then they should possibly be ~3-4cm, 6-8cm amd ~9-12cm respecively (fitting in with your original model of 9cm. The point being that you can add various panels together to make longer / larger buildings, whilst these sizes would also permit making fairly small ones as well.
The other thought is whether to mount them or not. My personal preference is that they should be mounted on bases to represent city blocks, leaving enough space around them for models to be positioned as required. Any part of the base is treated as 'built up' to represent outhouses, kiosks, gardens, fences etc. In the UK we tend to use 10cm sq bases as the basic 'block' (though some are several 'blocks') because that also coincides with the distance that can be seen through under the rules. This approach does make the smaller buildings look more appropriate
I will keep your size recommendations in mind. I have already made smaller walls, I just haven't posted images yet. As for the mounting, I figure that can be up to the player. If you want to mount your buildings, feel free. If you just want to plop them down on a table, you have that option as well.
