Krieg has a tunneler unit - you could use the termites as a proxy. I think there might be actual termites in one of the squat lists, if you swing that way.

All three are in both the Demiurg and Squat lists, the updated versions of which should be out with the compendium.

They'd be perfect in an Ordo Reductor list (the Adeptus Mechanicus's specialised siege regiment), though no-one's written a list for them yet (I'd like to one of these years).

Other than the AdMech? Not really.
Deathwatch have been known to deploy using them, as have Marines generally. I've occasionally thought of using mine as Drop Pod proxies.
