EpicUK are pleased to announce that at the Epic UK GT on November 26th+27th at Maelstrom in Mansfield Epic UK will be running the Epic UK painting+modelling competition.

It will take place on the Sunday and is free to enter (£7.50 will get you lunch in addition) and is open to non tournament goear and tournament players alike, judging will be carried out by one of Maelstroms experienced high quality hobbyists.

There are 3 categories
- Best single unit
- Best 3k army
- Best formation

Entries need to be Epic scale and tie-in with the Epic Armageddon/40k universe though not necessarily be GW models. Anybody wishing to enter should contact me via PM with a cutoff of 2 weeks before the event.

Currently doing a plastic scenery kickstarter

It will be judged independently by one of the Maelstrom guys (with assistance from an Epic player). We will also have the standard tournament painting+modelling comps

Awesome! I've got a project ready for such a thing! On Guard Ben ;-)!

EDIT: my cash is looking low for the year so I think what I'll be doing is attending Britcon, the EpicUK GT and running another couple of southern events but will try making EuK events as I can on an ad hoc basis :-)
