Just a note to say that I'll be updating this list after the tournament in Bristol this weekend (I don't want to run the update before, just in case someone has submitted a Skitarii army list).

I see Ordinatii cannot chose scout titan weapons, was this always the case?

I think the Skitarii Demi-Century is a tad bit expensive compared to the Infantry Support upgrade.

The inf upgrade gets you 5 units for 75 point = 15 points each. the demi century gets you 10 units but costs 275, i realize the tech priest is worth more than the Hypaspist. but using simple mathematics you pay 140 point for that tech-priest or if you make him supreme commander 240 points.

It's actually the converse: the Infantry upgrade is a bit inexpensive compared to the Demicentury. Note that an IG infantry stand (Sv. - CC 6+ FF 5+, half an AC) costs 16.66 pt at 6 for 100pt. The Skitarii infantry upgrade, at 15pt per Hypasist (Sv. 5+ CC 5+ FF 5+, 1 heavy Bolter) is clearly undercosted. I still think the 100pt level is better for the upgrade.

well, yes you could put it that way as well, the upgrade does seem cheap compared to other comparable infantry
