Don't know if you have already heard of this but there is Finnish feature length Star Trek parody fan film in the making. They just released new pages and official trailer. It's worth checking out.

Film itself has been in the making for last four years, but is should be ready sometime next year. Emphasis on should, it's coming when it's ready, not sooner.

Don't be fooled by the first one,BTW. It was made in 1992 when the guy was still in high school. The parts 2 through 4 (or was it 5?) are excellent.
