I have a number of heavy resin buildings from Old Crow and JR Miniatures that I plan on putting on bases. I have all the terrain in the Assault examples in the Future War Commander rules, and was thinking of doing something similar.

Should I superglue the buildings to the base? Liquid Nails? Hot Glue?

The bases will be either 1/8" MDF or 2mm Plasicard. The smaller buildings probably go on nicely with hot glue, but some of these are heavy-ish.

Ideas?

I usually use 5-minute epoxy. Superglue will probably tear away and I've never used "liquid nails".

I just don't know what "liquid nails" is... I've heard of it, but never used it, so I don't know how strong it is... it may work fine!

Its pretty damn strong. Its clear, very sticky, and likely akin to hot glue. Maybe I'll give it a shot.

The only liquid nails I've used is the contractor-grade adhesive. It's completely overkill. You can stick old office furniture to the underside of freeway overpasses with that stuff.

Frankly, I'd probably just use the p-card base & pin the building to the base using p-card rod. That nicks any wierdness from a resin/other bond where you either lose adhesion completely or the bond cracks from stress (Oops, I dropped my Gargant!).
