Help with tyranids titans

Have anyone converted tyranid titans from starship troopers bugs or from other pieces such as current 40k bits? I find it pretty difficult to obtains ones from fleaBay. Examples or direction for one would be preciated.

I got a couple. I'll see if I can find soe piccies.
One is based on a Carnifex and the other is based on a Dominatrix (fairly easy to get) with some 40k tyranid bits stuck on.

More piccies would be really appreciated WMN, your bio-titan bases on the carniflex is so inspirating ;)

Here's a few based on 40k Warriors (Hierophant and Hydraphant) and Gaunts (Harridan, Vituperator, Hierodules and Trygons).
