But that's one of the rules with Concealment (which will be re-written to be more explicit), when revealed, units have to be placed in concealing/cover giving terrain... infantry on overwatch automatically count as "in cover", but vehicles have to be placed in terrain/out of LOS... or are removed!

Those terminators won the combat 3 - 0 on kills! Get some! (those two died to combat res)

As to the convoy scenario I'm not sure what to suggest, its not particularly imballanced its just that it doesn't give the defender any incentive to get away - they're better simply having a fight over it. Even if they did claw their way over the table, running their army down on activations by leaving the table with formations is disasterous.
