How does the black detail compare to the SW&F? Is it really any more detailed?
Its hard to tell (and probably even harder to photograph), but it does seem more detailed. The resolution seems better, the part has better defined edges, rounder curves and no printing artefacts (the WSF has small amounts of what would be 'flash' if this was plastic, but it should be easy enough to clean up.) Details like the rivets on the elbow and some of the piston connections seem better defined.
It's hard to describe, but the whole piece looks
crisper It might show up better when I've primed it (and when my camera feels like taking close-up's).

Wait till I offer up the 100% print to my friend's SG Warlord......
Hmm, now thats a thought.
Lsutehall... Do you have a SG Warlord you can compare the sizes against? I suspect the 100% may still be too big for it, but the 90% should be about right.
You could get quite a bit of kudos for making up a heap of different parts for the SG Warlord. People would love you for it ÂÂ
I do have a Warlord I can test it against, hold on a sec.....
Ok, I think that both the 90 and 100% models look ok, although the fit is going to be an issue as I didn't have access to this Warlord when designing the fist. It should be ok if you remove some of the top bracket. (Incidentally, my Maxim blaster model at 100% is almost identical dimensionally to the Warlord's one)
Hows this? (Please excuse the poor photography)
All 3 sizes
100% 1
100% 2
100% 3
