Non-Fearless Deathwing Terminators FEELS odd. But as statesd it has only minor in-game effekt. But would like to see a couple of batreps including all Fearless Terminators if this is really the case.

It is very hard to show in a bat rep, its actually more obvious in army creation. hat rep wise you actually have to lose witht he terminators, and if that's the way its going and its not luck you aren't going to win anyway

Ok but if you win with those seemingly overprices Terminators so why fix them?

Well I have a mixed record to date and 2000 point games are rarely the best place for 400 point units

The practical effect though is 400 points of deathwing has less punch than 400 points of terminators plus chaplain. And Terminators are a punch unit, not an attrition hanging around one. You can look at it as its 400 points to win, or 400 points to survive a loss

Eh.  Since I posted that there was an extensive discussion on speeders elsewhere and a few people have reported decent results from the mixed composition.  I'd say leave it to playtesting.
