For anyone who hasn't had an opportunity, the NEAT tournaments have been a great time and I highly recommend coming.  The store they host it at is HUGE and has lots of game and hobby stuff, the tournament area is roomy, and the tournament goers are great.  Looking forward to Neat III and I hope y'll at NEAT II 1/2 have a great time.

Great pics Bill. Those Warriors and Raiders must have been blown apart by that Feral...

Those speeders of mine were definitely useful, it was the 3 flights tbolts though that caused the most headache for my opponents throughout the day. Chris was ready to buy them off of Matt on the phone so I couldn't use them anymore. :p

There was something really cool about this picture - just how the Tormentor's head was cocked in such a way as to say, "Ooh, a snack!" :O

This is one of my favorite pics, too.

Well, it survived.    Actually it did quite well given the amount of firepower thrown at the formation.  I only got to engage with it once on the FF, but the formation was assaulted too (can you believe Dave actually wanted to assault that All-Fearless formation?!) and the result was spectacular.  The counter charge left him out of B-t-B contact, but the assault went to a tie and the next counter charge had the Perditor cutting through Space Marines quite nicely.   :alien: The result was pushing the Space Marines out of the wood and holding the center of the board for turn 3.

We were actually looking at a victory until Dave drove his tactical formation through a narrow swath of uncontrolled ground and he contested one objective.  Then his T-Bolts violated my Wyches holding another objective.  In the end we tied on the game and never finished.  I think we would have crushed the Skitaari / Space Marine Alliance in turn 4 but there is no way to truly know.  It was a fun game to end the Epic weekend with, however.

I think so, too. From what I remember Dave and I were pretty chewed up by the end of turn 3 and would have been hard pressed. Yes, it was a fun game, even if it did end in a draw. As usual, it was an enjoyable weekend, even if my most satisfying win happened Friday night before the tournament actually began!
