Does anyone know of a figure mabye 8mm or 10mm that would be a suitable base
for a pre heresy Angron

I used Warmaster scale Ogre for my Magnus PH model. Still have to do a lot of work on him but Ogres fit well for Magnus. Angron, possibly a chaos warrior champ or character?

that is a tough one.

Are you going with the established artwork for him?  If so, that collar is going to be a feature. You may have to be porepared to greenstuff the model whatever you use...
