I'm sorting some Golden Demon entries at the moment, and I've got some Eldar Aeronautica Imperialis bits and bobs I want to enter.
So according to the official rules
Category 2: Warhammer 40,000 Squad
This category is for Warhammer 40,000 squads or squadrons of five or more models. This is also the category for Epic 40,000 (sic) detachments and includes gangs and mobs from Necromunda. All squads must be 'legal' in game terms. Judges will be looking for units that best exemplify the qualities and character of the army they represent.
And I've got:
Vampire Hunter
2 Phoenices
2 Nightwings
3 Firestorms
Is there any way of shoe-horning them into a legal Epic Armageddon formation?  Or even an Epic 40,000 formation (since that's what the rules actually say)?
Or do I just bung them in the Open Competition?

Hmmm, but there's no way of lumping them with the Vampire as an Epic Armageddon Formation?
Howabout the experimental Eldar variant lists?

Ahhh, in Saim-Hann it comes as part of a pair. But I can't mix together Phoenices, Vampires and Nightwings at all can I?
Howabout Epic 40,000?
