Some of this 6mm stuff looks somewhat reaverish.

Anyway, Old Crow turrets.

Anyone got some? How do they look stuck on rhinos and Leman Russ hulls?
Stuff like this

and this

6 for 2 UK pounds

Or for that matter the old crow drop ship?

6 pound each.

I've recently painted some of the Old Crow turrets for a commission, for my liking they are a bit too big to go on those types of vehicles and are more suited for buildings.

I also have one of the dropships, again for my liking if the turrets were used on that it would look a bit silly as they are too big.

Just my 2p worth..

I was more thinking of what do the dropships look like compared to say rhinos? Could they fit a couple in like say a hercules?

Edit obviously for the Rhino and russ I'm looking at replacing russ turrets and making rhinos into whirlwinds, hunters and razorbacks.

The dropship is 130mm long and 90mm at the widest point.  From the size of a 6mm Rhino this could carry a couple of them with ease

I've been thinking about using these turrets to replace the ones on my old stormhammers (obviously with an extra barrel) would you say they are the right size for super heavies like that?

I was thinking of that Drop Ship for a Marine Lander.

In the meantime, I have turned to GZG Full Thrust for that project.

I take it that the Old Crow one would suit the purpose as the cheaper alternative then?

I have some at the scale of the second photo you posted, and they are too big for Russ turrets (they would overhang the sides by a few mm).
These are the ones I have:

The smaller ones at the top might work, though. I don't have any of those to say for sure, though.
