I am pretty sure this was said in jest but let's be careful yo no offend anyone. Humour on the internet can be subjective. And without being able to see the person's facial expressions it can be hard to know when someone is being serious and when they are joking.

Grandfather was a trapper and gun trader, so grew up around guns, but was also told they were forbidden to me.  The girlfriend does not like the guns, at all.  They are locked away, safely.  The SKS was an impulse buy when I was young, got into clay shooting a couple years ago, and got tired of borrowing and cleaning someone elses gun, so bought the over-under, the rest of the arsenal are just cool.  But to be honest, i'd be hard pressed to pull the trigger on something living, even went hunting once and couldn't pull the trigger.

But probably got into wargaming through accident, a friend got a used copy of SM2, we divide the three armies amongst us, and off we went.  Put it down for about a decade, then wanted to start painting again, and started at epic.  I think I just enjoy strategy games, whether it is Epic, 40K, Axis and Allies, Shogun, Chess, RTS games on the PC, or whatever.

ay...but he's a good bloke and i've been getting better at Epic recently so i'll show him!

Actually to play some psychology games before the weekend i just had a rather brutal win with my tournament list for london tonight...bwuwhahah!

Still...don't think it'll help me when i play this weekend!

I was in Dallas recently, and my friend was driving me around, and telling me about these loud swarming birds that come out at night and swarm in trees.  She said they were little birds, but I can't remember the name.  But damn if they didn't cause a ruckus.

They make it down this way (South of Houston) also.  Thousands of them all over, looks like something from Alfred Hitchcock's, The Birds.  But i'm sure you have seen the same thing there!

When is Grackle season?  I'm ready!
