And I say again that a list must be defined as much by what it can't do as what it can do.

I think having a super-tough Titan SC as well as all the cool Ordinatus toys is too good in the game, something must be given back in exchange for the boost in flexibility and unit choice afforded by the Skitarii army list, and one of those compromises must be in making the SC more vulnerable (having him as an infantry unit instead of a Titan).

I played 3 '2500pts' games today with this army list. And even if I spend the full 50% in Reavers, I feel it was not a "titans plus others things" list.

I was really impressed by the Skitarii : CC5+, armor 5+, Tech-Priest ... My 2*300pts were not unuseful. Having a Tech-Lord is also a challenge to keep it alive in a garnisoned Demi-Century !

I'm really impressed with the Skitarii Demi-Century aswell. It is a hard unit that can be made really tough with upgrades. In fact, it can probably be harder to deal with than a Reaver with a Legate when used properly...

We've played many games with both types of SC and have found it a nice variation to be able to field the SC in different formations.
I hear the comments about list definition. As I said E&C, your list, your rules.
