Are there any pictures of this Grail of Epic Hordes? I would really like to ogle at it forlornly and maybe print it off so I can laminate it to protect it from my tears of joy.  :_(

I can't believe it. :oh:

I went to gather a few of the threads so you could enjoy looking at his pictures and they are all gone. The threads are there, the pictures are not.

Seems they were all uploaded when the URL was netepic.org and so are all broken links now.  :oo:

What a loss for this forum and for members both who have never seen them and for those of us who would have loved to see them again. :sigh:

Whoa, thats amazingly Awesome! Not just the number of minis, but also the time and effort that it takes to set something like that up.

Well done!

The Nation morns. I think I remember seeing some of it way back years ago and I was mightily impressed. Is there no way of finding these pictures at all? Or perhaps an update of "the Primarchload today" is in order?

Cheers  :)) It didn't take so long compared to how long it took to collect or will take to paint. Anyone want a job?    (I still had some infantry (not glued up) tanks and artillery, Knights, Ordinatus and Titans to put out) Oh and they just got reinforced... delivered today from Exodus Wars.

Enough Zombies for a Nurgle Plague Horde and enough Elysian's for two companies of Assult Troops and a company of Infantry Support weapons. (Much better looking than rapiers IMO)

Malakai:
I love that quote. I'm going to hold onto it for awhile.
p.s. Firefly is awesome!
Your damn right, Firefly is Awesome and one of my favourite shows. Nice Signature.  :)) I was going to go with "So shines a good deed in a weary world" but I thought it sounded a bit pompous and I couldn't remember who it came from... Shakespeare or Willy Wonka (Original Film).

Just a few pics of my progress so far.

...and Nurse "Hot Lips" The Sister Hospitilar of the Order of the Holy Gusset is still to be finished but once I'm happy she's ready I'll update the thread. She's just a bit shy.

I'll be visiting the almost but not quite local craft/hobby store tomorrow so I'll be looking for a load of plasticard, Styrofoam and a Styrofoam heat knife cutter gizmo thingy to cut me some tents. I did see some nice looking models that would do in GHQ so if I suck at cutting stuff I have a fall back option... and a handy way to make hills and other cool stuff.

Ahhh, more soft targets, great stuff, it's the fun details that can make an army.

Brilliant. I think I just might have to nick that idea :;):

BTW after seeing your impressive horde I felt inspired to dig out my own ...if for no other reason than to remind me why I shouldn't make any more IG purchases in the forseeable future. The army is lined up on a 1x1 m canvas and I think the remaining bare areas could be filled out with the stuff still in boxes.

"I see your Schwartz is as big as mine" :p :D

(btw, sorry for the shameless pluggery)

Bloody Hell! WMN that is a lovely army you have there...

If I manage to contribute to this site with any ideas then I guess I'm paying my way. Thanks.  :))

There is no such thing as too much IG. Unmanageable, yes. Unrealistic, maybe... but never too much. IMO.

Oh, and anyone else want to post their Army entire please feel free. You're on Warheads thread so anything goes.    (What?!. Too much?.. oh.) :sigh:

Holy hell L4! :oo:

edit: um, dur, I meant Warmaster Nice.

I just assumed anyone with an IG army that big had to be collecting it since before the stone age.  :p

Aw, nuts.

Well "no more IG purchases" as in "no more purchases from certain overpriced manufacturers whose lack of interest in expanding their product line for my preferred game system make me disinclined to spend my limited funds with them" ...if you catch my drift... :;):
