Thats an interesting idea - so you buy core formations and for each of those if you buy a Lord for it gives you two upgrade slots per?

I do like that.

I'm also not averse to the idea of Demons being part of the list, but not core as Neal suggested. Why not make them a support choice? Retinues that have chosen them are marked by an icon bearer.

Core
Retinue
Bikes
Armor
Daemons

I'm not sure that the Daemons should be in either Support or Core as it is a distinct non-formation that never gets put on the table.

Unless there is some sort of summoning change that would require it to be in the Core

I don't think the Daemon Pool should take up a support formation slot.  If you put it in the "core" then it allows access without affecting other aspects of the force org.

It's the same thing Audrey did in the L&D (Covens and Daemon Pool in the "core") and it works fine.

Either do I. It shouldn't be listed in either. Its not something you buy. You buy Daemons to go into a Daemon Pool which simply exists regardless of how many daemons you purchase for it.

Just bumping this as BL discussion seems quite the thing all of a sudden!

Worth considering the core/support agruement for BL?

While I agree with moving the assault formation into the titan third I only think that death wheels really need to go there. If you get 2 support per core, and a single decimator were one support choice, I think that would balance them.
