Okay here are some interesting pictures

the model between the Whirlwind and the Vindicator is the Hunter variant of the Rhino

the back three are Razorbacks and the front three are Predators
I apologise for the quality they were taken quickly...

Hi!
Are the model scales getting larger? That Land Raider looks pretty big....

I had a word about the Land Raider with Jervis at GD, and he said they are about the size of an older Baneblade! He was considering having them re-sculpted to stop scale slippage.
Cheers
Chris

Hi!
Thanks Chris, thats good to know that they are trying to make the scale internally consistent.

I knew it. I knew it. I hate the new Razorbacks - and they used to be my favourite tanks. The Land Raider really is a little too large. But the Vindicator and Hunter look fantastic. Thanks for the pics. The Predators are OK, but I prefer the Epic40K versions.

I thought they weren't too bad, although the epic 40k era ones were very good too.
I agree the Vindicator looks pretty cool!

Quote (primarch @ 16 2003 Sep.,22:20) | I agree the Vindicator looks pretty cool! | I really really like the Epic40K Vindicator which looked really "authentic" and "realistic" compared to the funny looking SM one.
I also really like the new model which seems to fit a siege or street fighting game even more so than the E40K version.

Hi!
The old vidicator, predator and whirwind were..well...not so good.
The newer ones are better renedered and I agree there is a definite "city battle/siege" look to them.
Looking forward to them.

FWs Vindicator is fantastic- it has a really brutal and solid look to it, with that massive dozer blade... the Epic version is a great representation of it.. very cool..

With the new Predator GW designers have finally managed to put out a good looking tank turret. The Razorback, on the other hand...

I like all the models and will buy them as soon as I can. And sell any extras here. I'm a closet "G/W Fan-boy" ! I rant about them constantly but buy all their Epic stuff ... go figure !
