You can paint on liquid latex in layers to make a mold.  Doesn't work very well on long thin things so you would have to do those sections using one of the sides as a base.  Look at the Hirst Arts website he goes into heaps of detail on how to create molds suitable for casting plaster.  Plaster seems to be fine for monoliths and would certainly work for your design.

You can search for a very old thread about my Imperator Titans for advice. Or, you could pay me to do it.

A good place to begin is MicroMark's resin/silicon starting kit.

I just have tips on how to make Pipboy basic chassis cooler.

Kev, just remember that the casts are EXACT copies. ?Every little flaw, divot, spot of glue, and scratch on the master will be on the copies. ?Only cast it if you can live with the flaws on the master. ?
And Smooth On is an excellent company. ?You can call them and ask them for advice - very friendly folk.

Most of the parts here could be done with one-piece mother moulds. Only the bit at the back right of the pic would need a two-piece mould. I don't know anything about latex, but RTV silicone would be simple enough to use, and will be fine to cast plaster or resins. I get my stuff from Ebay, a seller called 2343nick, in the UK.
I you're really serious about learning to cast, join this Yahoo! group:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/casting/

There's lots of useful info in the files, even stuff on home-made spin casters!
Regards,
Reaver
