I kinda like the fact that the lance weapons can get through where others can't. It seems fun to have them vulnerable to lance weapons. Besides, those WEs don't need ANY extra help.
M, we both know fun when it rolls 6's 
I am looking at it from a point of consistancy. rpr has a very good question that I (we) seem to have overlooked. The Demiurg MCF all have the drawback of being easy to break in exchange for the admittedly strong defense.
Hopefully some others will chime in on this with opinion and feedback.
