I got a sudden urge to build a special tank company for Net Epic. So I ordered a few packs of the Russ variants from Forge World.
Instead of Vanquishers I got an extra pack of Destroyer tank hunters. Half of the Russes I got had snapped hull lascannon.
The big question: is this typical of Forge World or is it just my usual bad luck?

I know my mate Simon has had quite a few problems with ordering from FW, however they have always come good in the end.
Contact them (by phone) and let them know what the problems are and they should rectify them.

They (FW) will do their best to rectify the situation.
I ordered a Eldar Scorpion Super heavy tank (28mm 40K scale) and the Bright lance was distorted. I phoned them up, and they sent a replacement straight out.
I also had a Wave Serpent that had a bad moulding on the twin-linked Brightlance. I complained and they sent another, plus extra Wave Generators.
So, I repaired the badly moulded weapon and used the Generators to create another one.

I had a problem with a Manta that was sent, the barrels of a couple of turrets had either broken or badly cast and they are sending the parts as we speak.
That's even after I had realised after a few months so they should set you right.
FW are very reasonable although deliveries do get delayed.
Give 'em a ring!

Oh yes, F/W is very easy to deal with.
I've e-mailed them problems and they fixed them - no problem.
The Barrels on the L/R are a bit thin so I guess we all are going to deal with that. Of the 9 L/R variants that I got, (1 pack of each type), only 1 or 2 were broke and super-glued easily. ?
Mojarn,
I bet they will send you the correct L/R variant for free and you got an extra pack of Tank Hunters to augment your force or sell/trade. That has been my experience...

I received reply mail today. They promised to send the Vanquishers but didn't say anything about sending replacement hulls. We shall see.

Sounds like their service is the same as GW mail order... I had dozens of epic orders from GW... and truly I don't think any of them was ever completely right... but an e-mail saw the right parts on their way eventually!!! ?The most time-consuming one was trying to get a right rear ?leg for a hierophant... I got sent another left leg... then a head, then finally a right leg. ?Took about 6 months.

Hi!
I ordered from them on several occasions and have yet to experience a similar problem, but they are very forthcoming to phone inquiries, so I'd definitely call them and I'm sure you'll get some replacements.

Primarch | Ok, I received my Vanquishers yesterday. All in good condition and intact. No replacements for the broken Russ hulls, though.

that is really a shame, you should phone them again and ask what will happen regarding the damaged stuff.

I don't know if they will send new hulls if all that is wrong is broken Las-cannons. They probably expect you to glue them as I did mine. Another thought, convert them by gluing a different type barrel or weapon there (?). But Look at the good side you got three more AFVs for free !
