Howdy,

I have a question regarding the special rule in Swordwind that allows an Eldar formation a full move(as opposed to a single 5cm move) after winning an assault.

Can stands of infantry be picked up during this Consolidation move? ?For example, I unload 8 Aspect Warrior stands from 8 Falcons. ?The Eldar formation wins the assault. ?Can the Falcons than move into base to base contact with the infantry and load them into the transport?

Thanks!
-Ed

Yep.  Transports can load up with a normal consolidation move as well, as long as the 5cm move is sufficient to pull it off.

However, the INF remains in the transports after the move, you can?t unload them at the end of the move, as per 1.7.5:

Units may not be picked up and disembark as part of the same move, though a formation
making multiple moves as part of a march or double action could pick up units in one move and drop them
off as part of a subsequent move.

with consolidation only being a "single" move.
