More work on the Eldar. An Autach or Exarch Shining Spear.
Jetbike, with guardian shoulder thingys, with a farseer cut up on the back and a paperclip spear.

Actually it would be quite easy to do a whole unit of shining spears just using extra jetbikes and adding the spear on and some plasticard wings on the side if you haven't managed to find any in your Eldar purchasing phase, thats pretty much all the shining spear models are anyway.
