The Defiler is awesome, but seems rather large probably due to the base - how does it compare to a Land Raider?  similar size difference compared to a 40k Defiler vs Land Raider.

hm.. center chasis and gun is about the same ratio, Legs are maybe a 30% too big. Claws maybe 50% too big. It's bigger than in 40K but not by as much as I thought. The torso also much more squat than the 40K so overall it loses in height what it's gained from the legs.

So Height, roughly right. Width 130% of 40K model, Depth 130% of 40K model.

Awsome Defiler conversions, Ratty! :cool:  Possibly the best I've seen, and you've made them look straight-forward enough for anyone to have a go at making htem (e.g. they're not made from lots of hard to come-by oop parts.  Well, apart from MK.1 LR's! :D )

The mutants are great too.  Looking forward to more! :)

They are almost entirely made from the current chaos sprues. Demonettes, Bloodletters, mutants, cultist all swapped around, some old ork modes, old minotaurs etc.
