DAMN DAMN DAMN.

Ahem...

I only just saw this thread & I'd heard no news of the Epic event elsewhere!

D'oh.

Unfortunately, I've Got my first Scouting event as District Network Leader this weekend (in charge of the 18 - 25 year olds.... I can handle that!) so I cant even bomb up the M1 to show support, meet people & take photos :(

I'll definitely email GW to let them know if it had been pimped at my local GW, they're have had another atendee! (but then... they know me... so maybe they deliberately hid the info from me... :p )

Have a great one all who are attending.

Those of us who cannot be there expect a full report, obviously ;)

Tuffskull it seems I may have to leave aftr one day for the wps cc if things keep going the way they are here - want a day of gaming for free?

really appreciate the offer Chris, but unfortunately I did already know about that one.

That weekend has to be down as my most over-booked inthe past decade!

I'm currently seeing Meatloaf on Friday, running a climbing event on saturday, Seeing a preview of the LotR stage show Sat night, Entering a painting comp Sunday morning & back to oversee the second half of the climbing event on Sunday afternoon. I've always loved the quiet life  :devil:

Above that, I've been invited to 3 (now 4) other events, so many thanks for the thought, but I'll have to pass! :D

Just finishing basing some raptors and then I'm ready - according to Brian from GW events there are 11 players pre-registered and then 6-7 more who have contacted him late and are coming.

Got the army finished. The blast markers are drying. Now I'm busy putting the army list together. Can't wait. There are lots of people I know going to the Dark Stars so should be a good nights drinking :)
