Summoning rules

Location: On the Ohio river, USA
Well, the BL & LATD lists are official now.  Both have the same demon summoning rules.  Both indicate demons killed DO NOT go back into the demon summoning pool.

Did I miss something?  My apologies if I did.  I thought what was going to be official was that killed demons went back into the summoning pool.

Daemons that are "killed" don't go back into the Daemon Pool, only those not held in play by a Daemonic Focus go back into the Pool.  *splash*
