Oh my! Poor Hydra/manticore... 
Nice work  ...Seeing these conversion does make me consider seriously if I should start a Nid army at some point. What put me of about them in the first place wqas the godawful tank minis from the TL/E40k days.

Very good work. I like tail and neck. New 40k nid models are fantastic base for epic conversions.

Hey, it looks better now that you used greenstuff on it! Try to get every whiteputty parts as smooth as possible.
It looks great. I love the head and that neck thing.

Looking good! I find a bit of water helps to get a smooth finish on putty when sculpting.

Great Job Hena!
Are all the parts from a 40K warrior or are there any sneaky bits on there? I ask because I might have a go at Making one of these myself and want to be sure I have all the bits.

Warriors sprue does not contain spinefists IIRC. And spinefists are used in that shoulder cannon... Rest is from warriors sprue.
