Hi, new guy 'round these parts (and this scale).  I've got some GZG 6mm stuff on it's way from across the pond and was looking to get some buildings to go with them with next month's mini budget.  I stumbled across Star Quest Command which seems to combine several lines of 6mm terrain items at one location for slightly less than MSRP.  My question is whether or not any of yall have had any experience ordering from this site, how their shipping time, customer service, etc is?

Thanks!

(PS: is there an introduction thread on this board anywhere?)

Hey Sgt. Crunch,

I have no idea about this company... they're very new.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Not specifically, but feel free to introduce yourself in the General Discussion area (although I recognise the username from the Reaper Boards   ).

Hi, new guy 'round these parts (and this scale). ?

Can't help with the supplier, but it's nice to see some cross over from CAV/Reaper.

They provide alot of great minis and could use more supporters here.

Great photobucket BTW.

Welcome!

I had actually enquired with Jez at Old Crow a couple of months ago as to whether or not these were recasters.

As it turns out he feels comfortable enough with the guys at Star Quest to allow them to produce his 6mm models under licence for the North American market.

To me anyways that's a fairly decent endorsement of them.

Having said that I have yet to order from them but it is "on the list" for somepoint after Christmas.

Thanks for the complements!  I was really excited to see a US supplier of Old Crow models as I have been wanting some for a long time, but was concerned that they were recasters.  I'll let yall know how it goes when I make an order.
