I probably should have tidied up the VMB a bit, but I needed quick for a game!
I may go back to it before I paint. Oh, and it's not a terminators' SB, it's the one from the vehicle accesories sprue, which is slightly bigger, and doesnt' have ahand attached! Regards, Reaver

I'll have to search for those. And since I'm interested in VMB's mainly for battle titans(for warhounds I just buy those FW ones) size is probably more to my taste there
But yeah! Tutorial! Give us stage by stage guide for that

Can't really think how to do a proper tutorial without taking it to bits! So instead I'll just say what most of the bits were.
Carapace: - New plastic Terminator Cyclone launcher. (people often have spares of this. They prefer to use the assault cannon. Which is a shame, cos if you can scrounge on of them they make a great Gatling Blaster!)
Body: - Old plastic Terminator body.
Lower body: - Back of a searchlight, off the SM vehicle accesory sprue (VAS) and a cut down AM shoulder pad, also from the VAS.
Head cover: - Radar, from the VAS.
Mega bolter: - Storm bolter, from the VAS.
Plasma blastgun: - A pair of plasma pistols, (anyone with assault marines will have these spare, you get five and can only use two per squad) attached to the side fitting for the H-K missile, again from the VAS.
Legs: - Bits of sprue, chopped up. lots of the sprues have cylindrical bits sticking out that make ideal joints.
Feet: - Smoke launcher parts, again from the VAS.
Claws: - Shaved down bits of sprue.
Head: - Had to sculpt it. Anyone think of an easier alternative? ( Thought of an easier alternative! Stop feeding the kids and spend the shopping money at Forgeworld!)

Wow, that head is all scratchbuilt? Impressive.
I could have sworn that the head was a heavily modified terminator head (I figured you shaved off the bottom to make it shallower, then used green stuff to build up the nose).
But, now that I think about it, a termie head would be to big (too wide) to do that. That just makes your model that much more impressive.

Because the primarch resurrected this thread, I think it's all right for me to post to it.

Does that mean that you still have a bunch left over? Can I scrounge a few from you? From looking at your pictures, I think they'd make good Ork Big Gunz; I managed to pick up some Big Gun bases in a "bitz box" auction off eBay, and I'm hoping to convert them into something fieldable. I'm also curious to see if I can mount them on a plastic Gunwagon and make it look right.
