It looks somewhat like the moving cathedral/monastery in pages 12 and 13 of Codex:Witch Hunters. Superb work nevertheless; I wish I had time to do something like that. Or the skill.

Although I'm not sure I like the marble look on a vehicle the painting technique in itself is superb.
