Is there one around at all? Or would you use the Black Legion list for it?

There have been a couple fan lists circulated, but I couldn't tell you where to find them at the moment.
The BL list actually makes a pretty good approximation. Not all EC are Noise marines, so a mix of noise/CSMs is fine. You can proxy knights as Predators and Questors as Ferals
Or if your crew is more flexible, just add knights/titans into the list at the L&D cost.
As far as an official development, I think Wraeththu has dibs on the AC slot when Jervis gives the official nod.

I'm using the Black Legion list for my Emperor's Children with Knights from the L&D list (because I have the models), Beastmen with Orc Wildboyz stats (seemed a shame to not use the piles of beastmen figures I picked up on the way) and Beast Rider models as Bikers. A pink/purple paint scheme, some Titans converted using WHFB daemon parts and Warmaster daemons round it out quite nicely.
