Hey everyone, I'm thinking of getting my tau force painted. I really want these to look amazing. If interested parties could reply with quote and some examples of your work, I'd be very appreciative. Here is a photograph of my force http://m.imgur.com/a/8oSqy The only thing missing is a full kroot division with 15 kroot stands (5 each), 3 krootox stands (1-2 krootox each) and 3 stands of kroot hounds (2-3 each) I'm also looking for the vehicles to be mounted on bases similar to the piranha on the right. They are drilled and pinned onto round 20mm bases. I'd want all the bases done in city rubble. As for colour scheme, I'd like it to match my 40k tau. They're light blue-gray and black tiger stripe camo with orange highlights. The heads are all in bone white. http://m.imgur.com/a/aj26q Let me know what you think. If I choose to go with you I'd need references. But we can burn that bridge when we cross it. Cheers |

I have no idea what professional painters charge per hour but you can't get away from the fact that there's a lot of miniatures there (I think you might even have more than me, and I'm a bit of a hoarder). I would think the number of hours work would be into 3 figures so reckon you'll need deep pockets. If you could afford someone like Vaaish, then that lot would look awesome. His stuff is the shizzle |

Hmm, I wonder what he's charge? Do you have any links to this work? Is he in this site? Pockets aren't super deep, but I'm willing to invest a reasonable amount to get this done. |
