I'm looking forward to it! It's been a bit of a bucket list item to attend tournaments with the international players abroad. I was hoping to make the EEC, but it looks like I'll be in Germany two weeks too late for that one.

That’s awesome gunslinger. You definitely win the commitment to the hobby award. Look forward to meeting you and hope we get a game in! Also, I’m sure plenty of the UK guys would be happy to lend you an army if you don’t want to bring one of your own all that way!

Thanks Steve! I'm hoping to have my Death Guard finished up in time for the trip, but if I get stuck in a pinch I appreciate the offer.

Hope we get a chance to play as well! I'm landing in London that Friday morning and I think grabbing a train up to Leicester and spending the night there. If anyone is around that Friday and wants a game, I'll be around! After that it's back down to London and flying out on Monday. It's my first time in the UK, so I'm aiming for a mix of gaming and seeing what I can haha

Cheeky question but does anyone going have a spare army you’d be willing to loan me for the day? Happy to buy a pint in return as thanks if the venue has a bar. The new army I’m painting up is still some way off being done and I’m getting bored of fielding Titan Legions or Tyranids at so many tournaments.

I quite fancy playing a ground based mechanised SM army build with several Land Raiders if anyone has this. Or maybe a Tau or Eldar army. If possible I’d rather borrow from someone with a larger army so I can pick or chose what I’d like to field from.

I can lend you almost anything for Eldar and could do Marines depending on what you finally want. My Tau aren’t tournament ready.

Or Orks, Black Legion, Guard etc.

Hi mate, I could do a Friday evening game in London if you fancied. Also, happy to meet just for a beer that evening if you want to sample some local hostileries. I won’t be travelling to Leicester until the Saturday morning.

I was really fancying playing an all ground based mech/armour Marine army I've liked using in the past, but I notice Epic-UK Tacticals oddly don't have the Land Raider upgrade like they do in the Net-EA list so the build isn't viable (no wonder people rarely use Tacticals in Epic-UK other than a single BTS/Blitzguard one!). Some flavour of Eldar it is then.
