Yeah that's a Britannia Soverign Land Battleship from Dystopian Wars. It comes with three choices of superstructure, the most popular one with the classical dome. There's a Canadian variant as well that has a different top on the same chassis. if you happen to find one, BUY IT. They're totally OOP and goign to be as rare as hen's teeth soon.
