Howdy everyone, just a quick update on Castle Assault 2017.

Castle Assault Epic is an annual event, 2017 was the 4th year and once again proved why its one of the most popular events on anyone's calendar.

I've attached the results, but here are the top 3 placings

Looking forward to seeing pictures. Always some great armies.

Curious with Player #3 l(Ben?) leveraging SoI for a bomber heavy list and presumably teleporting Termies. While not a complete shoe-in replacing Mauraders with TBrick SB and some CAPable Storm Talons, seems using the IF list would have given you back 100 points since their termies are cheaper there. Presumably you could get an SC + another Chappie character in then or two more Chappies for those termies. I suspect my tired brain is missing something and probably can learn a trick or two.


So from my reading CAL came in first? Well done, mate!

edit: Seems 2017 is the year of the Bomber down under! More this year than I've seen played in my entire life
