Duely noted, Argol! Great news! It looks like we have quite the battle on our hands, warlords!  I'll be setting up a payment link and posting it early July so I ask team captains to keep an eye out. The payments will be individual (for several reasons and it makes refunding easier in case of emergency drop-out etc.) I know there's quite some excitement building up here in Denmark and we are looking forward to hosting this event!  //Thomas |

Been looking at accomodation options... Not particularly much available near the venue. So figured I'd ask where are other teams going to be staying? |

Yeah, the area is not known for its hotels. I think Adina is the closest walking distance http://adina-apartment-hotel-copenhagen ... el.net/da/ but it is not cheap. There are a couple more hotels in the neighbourhood, but one is right next to the train station and the other an older one so I don't feel comfortable recommending those. At previous events, gamers from abroad have stayed at Danhostel down by the harbour, which is cheaper (a room for 4 persons is about 100 punds per night) and centrally located. The Central Station is close up and connects to Nordhavn Station, which is closest to the venue http://www.danhostel.dk/hostel/danhoste ... hagen-city It's quite easy to get around town with public transportation (train, metro, bus) so staying downtown won't be any problem. I've booked in to Cabin City. Short walk from train station and a bus/taxi? ride to the venue. |

I guess the idea for Team Finland is not to find some accomodations, but to be co-located with other people that are participating... for social purposes |

I'm very interested in how - and if - the payment link works, so any feedback is much welcome! I've used the site before (as it is free for voluntary organisations) but never with participants from abroad. |
