Thank you to everyone who came along to WW 2017.

At the end of an enteraining days gaming, Stevekcole went one better than his second place last year to win the event, while the final standings were:

1. Stevekcole
2. Reedar
3. Jon
4. John C
5. IJW
6. Blip
7. Nat
8. GlynG

While IJW took Best Painted with possibly the most informal voting process to be seen at an EUK event. I'm sure suggestions of Russain interference will surface before too long...

I had some great games against Stevekcole, John C and a derby match against Nat - cheers guys.

Thank you to everyone who travelled up/down, and also for enduring the company of my kids. I do appreciate having them charge around/scream/shout/demand drinks from the bar doesn't make for the most relaxing gaming environment.

I'm also sure that StusIdle didn't envisage that indoor scaffolding being used as some kind of climbing frame... Speaking of which - big thanks to StusIdle for once again hosting us, and helping me with the set up the day before.

Thank you also to everyone who assisted with the tidy up operation at the end - much appreciated guys.

Lastly special mention to Stevekcole, who took one for the team and did a fantastic job of occupying my kids for prolonged periods of time. If you could just let me know which other events you are attending this year mate, I'll be able to plan my diary accordingly ;)

Cheers
Reedar

You had agargant list in the tourney? If so, how did it do and what was the list?

No, it was an Ork list that included a Great Gargant. There isn't an EpicUK Gargant list.

My pleasure! I had a grand time. Anyone over the age of 8 has far too sophisticated a sense of humour and outlook on the world for me anyway!

I used them a couple of times in the game that had roads on the table. :)

My brother's feral orks were very happy about the roads. I completely forgot to use them!

I totally forgot to use the roads, which given the bulk of the amry consists of 15cm vehicles I probably should have utilised more.....
