Glynn I can happily lend you tk sons or squats if that helps? Squats easily double up as Amtl or even guard if that helps? Marines are also doable I'd just need to check with my brother as I only have half an army. If you wanted to go eldar I could always revise what I'm bringing.

Plus get well soon Richard. I'll have to keep my revised anti Laking game plan for a future tournament.

Ok, thanks. Lets see what Darren thinks? I could borrow your squats maybe, but we'd then have uneven numbers and a bye in each round.

Hey Darren, really sorry but I'm not going to be able to make it now, just broken a toe and have been told I'm not going to be able to drive for at least 2-3 weeks :( Glynn was borrowing an army too, so he might need someone else to assist on that

Sorry to hear that mate. Hope you're on the mend. Not the defence of your title you'll have wanted... stevekcole will be after it at this rate! ;-)

@Glyn - will drop you an email mate

Yeah - if every player in the country breaks a bone before every tournament I'm dead set. Every game can just be me against Mr Gonzo (my dice love playing him for some reason).

Glyn, any update on whether you need to borrow an army? I'm out the next few nights so would be good to know so I'm not looking stuff out at 6am on Saturday morning :-)

Hi Steve, ah sorry - I'm still waiting to hear back from Darren about whether he thinks it best for me to borrow an army off you instead or just to drop out so you have a nice even 8 for the tournament. He said above he'd send me an email but hasn't as yet.

No bother Glyn, maybe in the meantime just have a think about what you might like to run and drop me a line? That way I can make sure I've got everything looked out and ready to roll if you do want to borrow stuff, no real hassle for me if it doesn't get used. Also, very happy to chat you through decent lists etc. Well, as decent as my limited intellect will allow me to come up with! ;D

Nat and I have used the streets immediately around the pub before.
They are paid by meter mind, so I suspect the cost will work out the same as the NCP for a whole day..

We're on 9 for this Saturday guys, unless anyone has a friend they can coax along.

I'll sit out one round, and we'll be running a bye system for the others.
If anyone would like to arrive or leave early please let me know and I can factor this into the byes.

Cheers
Reedar

Depends on timings for me. I'll likely have the kids in tow, so if it falls around when they need feeding I might do.
Otherwise I'll likely be legging it back to the shire....

I'm on a 7.30 train back buuut given we're playing in a pub might be able to squeeze one in! Plus I'm taking a go big or go home army so my games could be over very quickly!
