Structure
    - Everyone submit to me by June 20th a 3000 point list for your first 3 games
    - I'll announce the fixture list for the first 3 games and post them all on a dedicated Tacc Command thread
    - Everyone in the team 'good' plays everyone in team 'bad' over 6 months (so you should play 6 games if you're in team bad, 7 in team good)
    - Post each result on the Tacc Comm thread (ie 2-1 win on turn 4)
    - I'll totalise points after each round and update the league table
    - After 3 games the list can be changed
    - If everyone has played their 6 games by end of Nov/Early December we can go into play offs at Christmas/new year.
    - You cannot change your list before play offs but you can chose to revert to your list from the first 3 games

PLAY OFFS
    - The bottom 2 sides in team bad play an eliminator play off.
    - 1st place good plays 2nd place good, 3rd place good plays 4th place good, 5th place good plays 6th place good.
    - Bad does the same
    - Play off winners from each respective game play each other: so good 1st/2nd play off winner plays bad 1st/2nd play off winner
    - Final results are totalised, and the winners are declared

So in total this means everyone has to play 8 or 9 games (6/7 standard league, 2 play offs). If we start in the last 2 weeks of June we should be able to wrap up in December/January.
