CaptPiett took the new BAs out again and I took Biel-Tan with a few of the playtest proposals (no Exarch EAs, broken Farseer can't summon, using broken portal gives you a BM). Start of Game Start of Game Stormtalons CAP The Scorpion doubles and takes out a Vindicator Stormravens double and take out two Nightspinners. The Falcons advance and take out a Stormraven Baals double on the BA left flank. The Cobra lays a BM on the Stormravens Assault Marines double Nightspinners fail and regroup. Devastators double and take out a Falcon Phoenix kill half the formation Tacticals double and lay a BM on the Falcons The Storm Serpent doubles and lays a BM on the Stormravens Guardians engage the Assault formation. It gets ugly for the Eldar. The Eldar barely win and break. The Death Company doubles Warp Spiders engage the Stormravens They wipe them out in resolution. Stormtalons break the other Nightspinners Rangers advance and take out a Tactical Scouts double and lay a BM the Warp Spiders Jetbikes march. Land Speeders advance and lay a BM on the Storm Serpent. The Marine BTS doubles.

Turn 2 Turn 2 Baals hit the Spiders 5 times but they make 4 saves! Land Speeders take out a DC on the Serpent Falcons attempt to move, fail and take out two Rhinos. Scouts sustain and lay another BM on the Spiders. The Jetbikes engage the Assault Marine He goes down. Rangers attempt to advance, fail and lay a BM on the Tacticals Tactials break the Wave Serpent. The Scorpion fails and shoots the Baals, taking the one it could see out. Devastators take out a Jetbike The Cobra advances and takes out some Marines in the BTS. Stormtalons lay a BM on the Jetbikes Phoenix stand down. The SC lays a BM on the Spiders The Nightspinners lay two BMs on the Death Company Guardians engage out of the broken Serpent (taking the BM) They loose a Wraithguard but break the Death Company. The Nightspinner takes out a Scout. Spiders fail and regroup.

Turn 3 Turn 3 Spiders engage the Baals Two tanks go down They're wiped out for no losses. The Cobra retains, fail and shoots the SC, taking out a Marine and two Rhinos. Speeders engage the Guardians 1 to 1 in kills The Marines break. Devastators sustain and take out two Jetbikes The Nightspinner takes out the Hunter. Death Company engage the Guardians The Chaplain makes an Invulnerable Save thanks to his Power Codpiece. And wipes them out. MVD! The Serpent advances and lays a BM on the Tacs. The SC marshals and lays a BM on the Cobra. Falcons fail and lay a BM on the tacs Stormtalons take out a Nightspinner, breaking the last one. The Scorpion fails and moves to control Eldar blitz. Tacs break the Serpent Rangers fail an lay a BM on the tacs Scouts double to deny TSNP and break the Cobra Phoenix break the Scouts

BAs were able to take it to points despite getting pretty worked over. Lots of failed Eldar activations made it a bit easier for them. End result was 1-0 Eldar with DTF, in points Eldar won 1900-1100, give or take. Congrats to "The Chaplain".

Chaplain with the saves. Wish he survived the turn 4 assault that would have been amazing. Thanks for the pics. You always do up a great report. Interesting having a vindicator in the assault marines. Would have thought it would get picked off quite easily.
