i can barely count this as a batrep as i forgot several fundamental things from the very start... trying to do too many things at once. however, it happened so here it is.

big scrum in the middle

conclusion: the BT formations are fairly solid. more like playing titans compared to small marine 'teams'. kind of the point of them so not overly surprising. the knights low maneuverability seems to be quite a hurdle even with the long ranger shooters. Knights suffered from init roll fails when trying to retain which didn't help.

notes: was attempting to juggle new software, new list, new BT units, so was fairly loose on strategy to keep the game moving. forgot to put units on the table, forgot that knights are 2dc hence 2 FF/CC, and something else... which i've also forgotten (oh yeah, knights are init 2). the kind of stuff you remember if you're just focusing on one side.
long day but fun pushing little soldiers around the table.
[later] i will endeavor to have a rematch, whilst remembering everything, on the weekend.

HI Dude,..

Interesting read and looks like a fun game..

Like the terrain..I gather you print those your self... ;D

To the Tool..I do like how the engage action is now shown, yes it takes up more space, but I can follow wants happening far easier then before....and the goal table is a plus to... ;)

Yeah we are only human and can forget things if we don't use those forces on regular bases..

Keep them coming......

Yes indeed. Just simple interlocking panels glued together.
The RUINS (last pic) are just panels i chopped up a bit.
Styrofoam for the hills. Got lazy and bought the roads.

It shows the working out of the combat result better yes. Might have a toggle btn if calc not required to pare off a few lines.

looks good man, loving your 3d printed models :D and table, Battle reports cool too. Just alot of info to take in.

Also pretty sure the Sup Com only allows you to reroll an inititive test. Not the stratergy roll.

Keep up the good work, i shall be seeing you at the castle thats going to get assaulted.

hey norto, thanks for checking out the report and the feedback. from your next point you read the details (brave man, it's heavy going for a casual read)... still working on the formatting of the output.
