Hi All, Well we manage another game of epic. It was 3000 point per side and it was between Steel Legion (NetEA Army Compendium v2014) and Gryphonne IV Skitarii Legion (NetEA v2.05).. I played the Steel Legion (NetEA Army Compendium v2014) and Trent played the Gryphonne IV Skitarii Legion (NetEA v2.05).. Cool, thanks for the report! That was definitely a lot of SHT. I must have missed this or just can't remember, but what's the reasoning for why you think the minorus needs the option for an extra unit and fixed weapons? |

More personal I think.. I prefer the option to upgrade with another minorus, giving it more staying power and fix weapons also would make it easier to test..This would counter any issues like QC and CLP combo.. |

Thank you for the report and it's an interesting report style you have there! But there is something that left me curious: did you play knowing the opponent's army? The steel Legion one was completely geared towards destroying Skitarii's big guys but Skitarii wasn't much geared. |

Thanks for reading... Yeah we knew it would steel Legion and Skitarii's, but we didn't know want was going to be in each other force.....So I built the Skitarii's, wanting to test adding a warlord, the other W/E again, with foot troops etc, even though Trent would be use it.... and Trent used a List that Tiny-Tim had put up to look at, in another thread, unbeknown to me that he had chosen it and I would be using it on the night... We do this since it does kinder counter the fact we know want armies will be used.. since if 1) the AC/sub-AC maybe after set armies, IE they don't have any necrons etc in their group for testing....2) If testing eldar, I will go thought and try and face each approved List.. |
