This isn't included in the BL test proposals but is something i've been in favour of for a while-

Downgrade the CC of the Plaguebearer to CC 4+ FF 6+

WHY
At the moment the Plaguebearer is, by far, the most widely taken Daemon as it fulfills a variety of roles - CC, FF, meatshield, which makes it, while probably not the most optimal option, by far the easiest to use option.
I propose slightly downgrading the CC+FF which then gives each daemon a more defined role - daemonic beast - infiltrator
Bloodletter - CC
Daemonette - first strike
Flamer - FF
Plaguebearer - Meatshield

i'd like to see an overal reduction in the power of daemons so that we can drop their points and play with more stands. This would also help the LatD.

I agree that Plaguebearers should be downgraded in some manner, their superb utility as meat shields means that they are the single most common Daemon seen in Black Legion army lists.

Can someone explain me why they have a FF attack? Thje flies buzzing around them is more of a protection for them than an attack.

Having a FF attack is a nice representation of the smell, flies, vomit etc, but FF6+ is definitely plenty.

CC can go either way, 4+ is probably sensible though to get it in balance with the other CC daemons.

It need to be balanced against the other daemons, not against other troops types

Hena, the problem is that currently they are not used to fight at all.

They are used as meat shields that absorb incoming ranged fire.

Personally, I wouldn't be adverse to seeing them with no FF rating at all, because that 3+/6+ is really very good.
