I`ve not been up on the development of this list but was wondering why the Khorne Jugger Riders, Slaanesh Beast Riders & Tzeentch Disc Riders are not in the list.
Could we not have mounted cultist covens so we could utilise these models as belonging to the approriate faction ? I suppose you could use warmaster plagueriders to represent a Nurgle mounted coven too.
Anyone produced any rules for such formations ?

The models are out of print and there is no plan for new production. Because of that, there won't be "official" stats.
They could be included as appendix and/or counts-as models, but the models are actually marines, not cultists.

I plan to use Juggers and Beasts as "counts as" bikes, and the disk riders as "counts as" land speeders

Gotta love that count as rule.
Juggers/Beast Riders = Bikes
Been doing it that way from the start, works for me
Disc Riders = Flying Daemon Prince
Jaldon

Yeah - its easier to use the "count as" for bikes or landspeeders in the Black Legion list but these are not options as far as I can see for the L&D. You could use them as Rough Riders but there are imperial models for this already or at a (big) push chaos hounds.
The simplest option would have been to include an option for mounted Chaos cultists (I know they are really marines but it would have been easier to "count them as" cultists) and the models would have been ideal as faction specific.
Most older epic players I would have thought will have at least a few of these figures painted up and they are probably the easiest of all the epic chaos miniatures to get on Ebay.
Time for my gaming group to make up some house rules for these me thinks. Anyone got a view on possible stats / points cost etc ?

I was thinking, as Juggers and Slann Riders more Cav, like IG R/R. And Disc Riders like a Skimmer with Pop-up, AT/AP, like in SM2 ...

I could see the "count as" bikes and L/Spdrs ... It's simple and both Tas and Jaldon are "vet" players ! I may keep that concept ! Robots as Obliterators, yes ?
