I?m very pleased to announce that the latest update to the Command Horizon rules are now available for free download. There have been some significant changes from version 4.0:

# In response to customer feedback and playtesting, the move sequence has been made interactive. The reacting player can now play Reaction
# Command Points during his opponent?s Action phase.

# The Sky combat mechanics have been greatly improved making them simpler. All Skimmers and Skycraft are now based singly, resulting in more flexible tactical use. Aerospace Ordnance adds a whole new dimension to Aerospace craft.

# Light Walkers are now based in threes.

# The addition of rules for Infantry Support Weapons makes infantry tactics much more interesting.

The combination of these changes will make the games much more free-flowing, but will require more thought from the players.
